Comprehensive Data and BIM services
We develop innovative, sustainable solutions to solve our customers' most complex challenges.
We create groundbreaking BIM solutions for sustainable construction industry by integrating and coordinating data, enabling smart project planning and efficient resource utilization. By tackling complex challenges, we help customers optimize the construction process, reduce negative environmental impact, and improve collaboration between technical areas.
What We Do
01
Coordination model
We are experts in creating optimal coordination models for construction and infrastructure projects according to the client's requirements. We use leading platforms such as Navisworks, Bentley, iTwin, and BIM360 to build an efficient and high-quality coordination model.
We work to establish an effective model structure enriched with extensive information such as GIS maps, existing ground models, and models from earlier stages. This ensures well-organized communication by using review comments such as BCF and Forms.
Additionally, we conduct model reviews according to the BEAST standard to ensure high quality and successful project delivery.
02
CAD quality control
Opta BIM offers a range of services to ensure that your CAD projects meet the highest quality standards. We focus on optimizing your work by applying automatic layer checks, attribute checks, and overall CAD hygiene to facilitate quality controls for designers and handlers.
Our expertise covers a wide range of methods and tools that are tailored to your business, such as web applications, FME, Excel scripts, and VBA, to meet the unique needs of your operations.
By constantly exploring and implementing new technology, we strive to provide our clients with the most efficient and innovative solutions in CAD quality control.
03
GIS+BIM
Our GIS-BIM integration service combines data from GIS bases and BIM models, enabling a detailed visualization of your project. We offer a solution that helps you optimize the project's design, planning, and implementation.
Benefits of GIS-BIM integration include:
-
Improved visualization and analysis: A more detailed and realistic visualization of the project provides a better understanding of its impact on the environment and facilitates the evaluation of alternative solutions.
-
More efficient collaboration: A common platform for GIS and BIM data simplifies collaboration, information exchange, and well-founded decisions.
-
Time and cost savings: An integrated GIS-BIM platform avoids delays and cost overruns caused by lack of coordination and information exchange.
-
Sustainable development: The solution facilitates the assessment of the project's environmental impact and helps to find more sustainable and resource-efficient solutions.
-
Future adaptability: A common platform for GIS and BIM data allows for easy updates and adjustments, ensuring the project is ready for future challenges and opportunities.

05
4D Simulation
By gathering structured data, a detailed 3D model of the facility is created. This is then linked to a production schedule to generate a 4D simulation, which includes the time dimension and CO2 emissions from material usage. The 4D simulation enables analysis of the production process, identification of bottlenecks, resource coordination, and environmental impact. By sharing the simulation with all project members, clear communication and collaboration are ensured, minimizing risks of delays and mistakes, saving time and money, and improving efficiency throughout the entire project while minimizing environmental impact.
06
Construction coordination
Opta BIM uses a coordination model to support construction site monitoring in order to optimize the building process and minimize risks. By performing quantity take-offs for forecasts, they ensure that the right amount of resources and materials are planned into the project. Collision control is used to detect and resolve any conflicts between different construction elements before construction begins, saving time and money. Workplace environment simulations are applied in the coordination model to evaluate and improve working conditions, reduce accident risks, and ensure the project complies with applicable legislation and standards. This integrated strategy contributes to an efficient and safe construction process.
